The Oregon Divisional Chainsaw Carving Championship is one of Reedsport's most unforgettable traditions.  Each year, thousands of spectators gather along the beautiful Umpqua waterfront to watch talented carvers transform raw logs into breathtaking works of art.  Considered the proving ground of the carving world, many artists say they aren't truly "Pro" until they've earned their way through the Semi-Pro division right here in Reedsport.

All weekend long, visitors enjoy food and beverage vendors, daily Quick Carves, and live auctions featuring one-of-a-kind sculptures you won't find anywhere else.  It's creativity, competition, and classic small-town charm - all in one extraordinary event.
